A great feature is its target training zones that let you program your ideal heart zones. The watch will alert you when you get outside of the pre-set zone. Digital transmission from the chest strap provides accurate data no matter what the situation, while minimizing interference from other wireless devices. The 50-lap memory provides lap time, split time, average pace, distance and average heart rate for each lap. It includes two interval timers for run/walk programs and hard/easy running.</p>
